French beef stew braised in red wine

Ingredients:
Beef, onions, mushrooms, red wine, carrots, garlic,  herbs and spices, beef stock, flour, sunflower oil.

Allergens:
Gluten. Made in a kitchen that uses gluten, nuts, dairy and soya.

Cooking Instructions:
Defrost or cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 180C. Remove lid and heat in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 - 45mins.  Extend cooking time by 10 minutes if frozen.
