Frozen Choc Chip Cookies

The Cookie Drop's famous freezer to oven classic American style choc chip cookie made with real butter, real chocolate and real passion. Conveniently portioned into cookie 'pucks' - bake as many as you need straight from the freezer. Have freshly baked, warm, gooey, melty cookies ready in minute, anytime! 20 cookies per box. 

Ingredient: wheat flour (gluten), butter (dairy), egg, sugar, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract, salt, chocolate.

Instructions:

• preheat oven to 170C - 180C
• line a baking sheet with baking/silicone paper
• place cookie pucks on baking sheet with 5cm gaps between, maximum of 12 per standard sized baking sheet
• bake from frozen for 11-13 minutes until lightly golden (less time for a chewier cookie) cookies will still be soft when removed from the oven and will firm up on cooling
• store for up top 2 weeks in an airtight container
• store unbaked cookies in the freezer for 3 months
