Melanzane

Lovely layers of beautifully grilled aubergines, homemade tomato sauce, Italian cheeses and topped with more delicious cheese. Serve with fresh bread and salad.

Ingredients:
Aubergines, cheese, tomato, onions, garlic, vegetable oil, spices, herbs, veg stock.

Allergens:
Dairy. Made in a kitchen that uses gluten, nuts, dairy and soya.

Cooking Instructions:
Defrost or cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 180C. Remove lid and heat in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 - 45mins.  Extend cooking time by 10 minutes if frozen.
